100% recommend FIT. The team are just brilliant. They know every member and go out of their way to be encouraging and to find ways to challenge you to get more out of your workout. Front of house team are also fabulous - always up for a chat. The facilities are exceptional, and understanding the science around longevity has been so interesting and motivating (excellent recommendation from Max to watch Chris Hemsworth's 'Limitless'). There's a variety of ways to work out which keeps it interesting, and the Boditrax machine is a great way to keep track of my progress. My husband has joined now and we go together, competing companionably over our scores! As a novice I found the 'intro to lifting' classes invaluable and now use the gym equipment confidently. Big thanks to the great guys on the gym floor and to Max for their warmth and dedication to ensuring a great experience and great outcomes.

Finding The Fit Partnership has genuinely been one of the best things I've done for my health and wellbeing. An amazing and completely different gym. There is a high-value personal touch and frequent follow-up regarding performance and goals. I have started boxing, and it is just amazing. High-intensity cardio with stress relief. I have so many more positive comments to write that I will definitely run out of space. I strongly recommend

First class facility suitable for anyone that wants to improve their life. Fantastic recovery tools (3x sauna) ice baths, cryo, recovery boots, hyperbaric chamber & recovery pool. The gym is well equipped, the staff are extremely friendly and the place just had a great community element to it. Well done Max & team
