Aimee Griffin
I am a UKCP-accredited integrative psychotherapist offering a warm, thoughtful space for children, adolescents, adults, and couples. My approach is grounded in attachment and neuroscience, working relationally to help you make sense of emotional patterns, relationships, and the deeper experiences shaping how you feel and respond.
With children and young people, I use creative, developmentally appropriate approaches to support emotional expression and regulation.
With adults and couples, I offer a reflective space to explore relationship dynamics and unconscious patterns that may be keeping you stuck.
Alongside individual therapy, I offer structured ADHD-informed therapy and coaching programmes for adults, young people, and parents, combining insight with practical, lasting change.
I work across a wide range of areas including anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, life transitions, relationship difficulties, and parenting support, with a specialist interest in the impact of the digital world on mental health.
Before training as a therapist, I worked in the City and have since gained experience across schools, charities, and private practice. Therapy is always tailored to you.
