How often do you charge your phone? Probably every day? But how often do you consciously think about recharging yourself? 

We know there are core fundamentals which include daily movement, proper nutrition and good sleep which keep us charged to a basic level each day, but then there are small, daily habits that help to ‘top up’ that charge. 

In addition to proper nutrition, moving your body and getting quality sleep, some of our favourite ways to top up our ‘charge’ include cold therapy, heat therapy, grounding and time outdoors, breathwork, sunlight and gratitude.
